Whacy Game, the mobileÂ app ofÂ Whacy (World Heritage Awareness Campaign for Youth), has been released. The app has been developed by eLab on a mandate of USIÂ UNESCO Chair in ICT to develop and promote sustainable tourism in World Heritage Sites.
Whacy Game is an educational game that allows you to test and improve your knowledge about the UNESCO World Heritage SitesÂ in the region of Southern Africa.

The mobile app for the Monte VeritĂ Foundation, developed by eLab in collaboration with webatelier.net, has been published.
The multimedia guide of the cultural and conference complex of Monte VeritĂ in Ascona will be presented on Saturday May 30th, during the open day which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Fondazione Monte VeritĂ .
The guide allows to trace the historical evolution of the site presenting audio, video and text contents, available in four languages (Italian, French, German and English) and for any mobile device. Mediaguide Monte VeritĂ can be downloaded from Google Play (for Android) and from the App Store (for iOS).
The iCorsi2 app allows students to easily access the iCorsi2 platform through smartphones and tablets.
The USI app provides access to services and information about the university campus of Lugano and is available in English and Italian. Through the app you can check the length of the queue to enter the cafeteria (â€śmensaâ€ť) and download the menu, find information about courses, exams and services, search books in the library, find and subscribe for sport activities, and so on. New functionalities will be added in the next releases.
eLab is collaborating with webatelier.net in the development of a new mobile application for the conference and cultural centre Monte VeritĂ . Aim of the app is to better promote the artistic and historical activities of Monte VeritĂ through a multimedia guide.
The app will be available in four languages (Italian, English, German and French) and will be released for mobile devices (smartphone e tablet) based on both iOS and Android.
