Competence in practice. Modern forms of SMEs employee development” is an European project, funded under the Human Capital Operational Programme.
Project’s partners are the University of information technology and management (Rzeszow, Poland), the Coventry Univeryity Enterprises Limited (Coventry, UK) and eLab, Università della Svizzera italiana (Lugano, Switzerland).

The main aim of the project is to improve the qualification of employees in Polish small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of personal competencies, project and process management through training.

eLab task in this project is to introduce the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology to the Polish project partners and to support them in designing two specific LSP workshops for project management and process management.
